Danielle from sixth class has reached the semi-final stage in the Doodle 4 Google competition. Her creative drawing is pictured above. We wish her all the best in the final stages of the competition!

Aoi-chainteoir faoi Pheiriú / Guest speaker on Peru

Bhí rang a trí agus a ceathair ag foghlaim faoi Pheiriú agus na hIncigh. Tháinig cuairteoir speisialta chugainn, Niamh, chun caint faoin dtréimhse a chaith sí ag déanamh tochailt i bPeiriú. Thaispeáin sí an-chuid pictiúr den tochailt agus bhí a cuid cainte fíor-shuimiúil. Go raibh maith agat Niamh!

Third and fourth class have been learning about Peru and the Incas. We hosted a special guest, Niamh, who carried out an archaeological dig in Peru. She showed us plenty of pictures of what was excavated and spoke to us about the country and its people. We found it very interesting. Thank you Niamh!

Muskerry Tram - Tionscadal Staire Discover Cork

Ta rang a ceathair críochnaithe lena n-obair ar thaighde stairiúil a dhéanamh ar an Muskerry Tram. Bhí páirtí beag againn mar cheiliúradh agus chócáil Liah agus Ella A. cáca in onóir don ocáid. Bhí siad fíor bhlasta!

Fourth class have now finished their historical research about the Muskerry Tram. We had a party to celebrate and showcase our work. Liah and Ella A. baked special cakes for the occasion! They were delicious!
