Tá na plandaí a fuaireamar ónár gcairde eTwinning ag fás go tapaidh díreach in am don Earrach. Fuaireamar bláthanna ón bhFrainc agus ón Alban mar chuid den thionscadail 'Scoileanna Glasa' atá ar bun againn leo. Tá blog againn freisin leo. Brú ar an nasc thíos ( agus ar an dtaobh) chun ár mblog eTwinning Scoileanna Glasa a léamh.

Our plants, that we received in the post from our eTwinning friends, are growing just in time for Spring. We received flowers and plants from Scotland and France as part of an eTwinning project called 'Green  Sch@@ls' which is displaying all the environmentally friendly work that is carried out in our three schools. Castles and History - Tionscadal eTwinning

Tá ranganna 3 & 4 ag glacadh páirt i dtionscadal eTwinning ina ndeintear staidéar ar chaisleáin timpeall na hEorpa. The scoileanna sa Fhrainc, sa Pholainn agus sa Ghréig, maraon linn, ag glacadh páirt. Cuireadh an t-eolas thíos ar an eTwinning twinspace - léigh faonár gCéad Chaisleán thíos.


We are participating in an eTwinning project called 'Castles and History'. We are exchanging information about castles in our countries. Schools in France, Poland, Ireland and Greece are taking part. Below is some information, put together be each partner school, about the history and legends of our first chosen castle.

Bhíomar ag léamh faoi 'Mythical Creatures' sa rang Béarla. Chuireamar ár n-eolas le chéile i dtionscadail. Eistigí thíos.


We were reading about 'Mythical Creatures' in English. We put together information about the Loch Ness Monster and Big Foot. Have a look at our video below.

Discover Cork: Emer Hall

Tá tionscadal staire ar siúl againn faoi Halla Emer. Bhí an Halla mar halla damhsa, mar  phictiúrlann agus mar siopa troscán. Tháinig triúr chuairteoir isteach chugainn, mamó Mícheál agus beirt eile. D'inis siad dúinn faoin halla. Bhíodh se mar scoil fadó freisin. Chuamar chuig an halla ar an Máirt. Tá sé suite ar bhóthair Waterloo. Táimid ag criochnú an tionscadal i láthair na huaire.

We are doing an history project on Emer hall in Blarney. This hall was once a cinema, dance hall, furniture shop and school! Three visitors came to the school and told us stories about the hall. Micheal's grandmother came too. We visited the hall on Tuesday. It is situated on Waterloo Road.  We are finishing our project now so that it is ready for entry in Discover Cork: School's Heritage Project.

Is filíocht ón tSeapáin filíocht Haiku ata déanta suas de thrí líne le 17 siolla sa dán ar fad. De ghnáth bíonn cúig siolla sa chéad líne, seacht sa tarna líne agus cúig arís sa tríú líne. Scríobh Rang 3 & 4 dánta Haiku agus tá siad foilsithe thíos in eLeabhair. Léigí tríd é.

Haiku poetry is a Japanese form of poetry comprised of three lines with 17 syllables in total. The first line has five syllables, the second seven syllables and the third line has another five syllables. Third and fourth class created some Haiku poems and have published them in an eBook. Have a read below!
