It was a dark and stormy night.Two boys named Dave and Kevin were playing in the woods.They saw a mansion.” I-I b-b-bet that m-m-mansion is h-h-haunted,” Dave stammered. I never mentioned but Dave is a Scaredy-Cat.”No it’s not and I’ll prove it to you,” Kevin said bravely.
Kevin went up to the mansion and went inside. Dave waited and waited and waited outside. Kevin didn’t come out. Eventually Dave went up to the mansion and opened the door. Kevin jumped out, “Boo!” he yelled. “AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH”, Dave screamed. “Hahaha”, Kevin laughed. Dave hit him in the stomach. “You frightened the life out of me,” he moaned. “Alright, sorry,” Kevin apologised “But look at this note I found,” he said. “What note?” Dave questioned. “This one,” Kevin answered “It says, LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN!” he read.
Suddenly there was a flash of lightning. “We better take refuge here,” Kevin shouted over the thunder. “OK,” Dave shouted back. They went inside. There was another note inside. It read - “You have been warned”. “That’s a lie’’, Kevin said, but he didn’t sound so sure. Just then a knife flew down the stairs. “AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH” they both screamed. They ran for the door behind them but it was locked. So was the one in front of them.That left the stairs. “But that’s where the knife came from,”Dave cried. “Well, I don't care, we are going up'', Kevin argued and dragged him up.
Just then they heard a chainsaw and a masked madman popped up behind them. “Help!” Dave yelled and ran up the stairs. Kevin was not so lucky, he tripped.The madman caught him. “Oh no!” John screamed as the madman decapitated him with a clean slice of the chainsaw…
